Overview

Mailari is a B2B SaaS platform that helps teams clean and verify their email lists before they send, reducing bounces and protecting sender reputation. Dokreativ partnered from a blank page: shaping the product, designing the experience, and engineering a scalable multi-tenant platform end to end.

The challenge

• •Email verification is latency- and accuracy-sensitive, results need to be fast and trustworthy, at scale, without leaking one customer's data into another's.
• •As a brand-new product, every decision, pricing tiers, account model, verification pipeline, had to be made from first principles while keeping the path open to scale.
• •The team needed an investor- and customer-ready product, not a prototype that would need rewriting after the first wave of users.

Our approach

1. 1Ran a focused discovery to define the core jobs-to-be-done and a lean, sign-up-to-value flow.
2. 2Designed a clean multi-tenant account model with isolated workspaces, usage metering, and role-based access.
3. 3Engineered a resilient verification pipeline with queuing and caching so large lists process reliably without blocking the UI.
4. 4Shipped in weekly sprints against a live staging environment so the founders could test with real data throughout.
