1. No Refund Policy

At Dokreativ Technologies Private Limited, all service purchases are final and non-refundable. This policy applies to all services purchased through our website or via direct contracts.

We encourage you to carefully review the pricing, features, and terms before making a purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions before committing to a service.

2. All Sales Are Final

Once a service purchase is completed:

  • The transaction is final and cannot be reversed
  • Services are delivered as per the agreed scope
  • No refunds will be issued for any reason, including:
    • Change of mind
    • Dissatisfaction with results
    • Project cancellation
    • Delays in delivery
    • Account closure or deletion

We recommend discussing your requirements in detail with our team before making a purchase.

3. Service Issues and Compensation

3.1 Technical Failures

If our service experiences technical issues that result in:

  • Complete failure to deliver agreed services
  • Significant delays beyond our control
  • System errors that prevent service delivery

We will work with you to resolve the issue and may provide compensation in the form of service credits or extended service periods at our discretion.

3.2 Service Quality

If you believe the delivered service does not meet the agreed specifications:

  • Contact us within 7 days of service delivery
  • Provide detailed documentation of the issue
  • We will review and may provide revisions or corrections at our discretion

Note: Service quality can be subjective. We will work with you to ensure satisfaction within the scope of the original agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable under all circumstances:

4.1 All Service Purchases

All service packages, whether completed or in progress, are completely non-refundable. This applies to:

  • All service tiers and packages
  • One-time service purchases
  • Subscription-based services
  • Enterprise packages
  • Custom development projects

4.2 Consultation Services

Consultation and advisory services have no cash value and are not eligible for refunds once delivered.

4.3 Account Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated due to violations of our Terms of Service, all remaining services will be forfeited without refund.

5. Billing Errors and Disputes

5.1 Double Charges

If you were accidentally charged twice for the same purchase, contact us immediately with proof of duplicate charges. We will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 5-7 business days.

5.2 Incorrect Amount

If you were charged an incorrect amount (different from the displayed price), we will refund the difference immediately upon verification.

5.3 Unauthorized Charges

If you notice unauthorized charges on your account:

  • We will investigate and issue a refund if the charge was unauthorized
  • You may also contact your payment provider to dispute the charge

6. Exception: Billing Errors Only

The only circumstances where a refund may be considered are genuine billing errors that are clearly our fault:

  • You were charged twice for the same transaction
  • You were charged an incorrect amount (different from the displayed price)
  • You were charged without making a purchase (unauthorized transaction)

7. Subscription Plans

If you have a subscription plan:

  • Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time
  • No refunds for the current billing period
  • No charges after cancellation
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period

8. Enterprise Customers

9. Chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Given our strict no-refund policy, chargebacks should only be filed for genuine billing errors or unauthorized transactions.

If you file a chargeback for reasons other than billing errors or fraud:

  • Your account will be immediately suspended
  • All remaining services will be forfeited
  • You will be permanently banned from using our services
  • We may pursue legal action for fraudulent chargebacks

Legitimate chargebacks (for billing errors or unauthorized transactions) will be handled according to payment provider policies and our billing error policy.
